Stephen Tyler Rutherford was born in San Antonio, Texas and is the son of Daniel and Linda Rutherford. He performed his undergraduate work at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and later secured his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s Law School in 1996. Mr. Rutherford graduated cum laude and was a member of the dean’s list for three semesters. Tyler is a member of the Phi Delta Phi academic legal fraternity and the John M. Harlan Society (a society of academic excellence). Since the receipt of his parchment, Mr. Rutherford has successfully represented clients in matters involving:
